Many American companies will not ship into Canada, and a solution to this issue is to have a receiving address right across the border to bring it back yourself. It is also much cheaper to avoid international shipping costs. Many Canadian citizens use our location to ship their goods to and then bring back across the border for a variety of reasons.
Our package inventory scanning system allows us to keep track of what comes in and what goes out. Once you have created a free account with us, whenever we receive a package for you, you will be notified by email that it has arrived. You may also check what packages are here for you at anytime online.
ADDRESSING YOUR PACKAGES
When addressing your shipments please add your account number to your name as follows:

Parcels received less than 50 lbs in weight: $3.00 USD, or $4.00 CDN
Parcels received equal to or greater than 50 lbs in weight: $5.00 USD, or $6.00 CDN
Palletized Freight received: $23.00 USD + $1.00 USD per day storage after the first 7 days, or
$31.00 CDN + $1.00 CDN per day storage after the first 7 days
Can-Amer Freight holds no responsibility to items picked up by anyone other than the account holder.
Can-Amer Freight holds no responsibility to damaged items.
Can-Amer Freight holds no responsibility to lost items, if this system tracks an item received and not picked up but the item is lost you may request a claim. This will require proof of the items cost by dated, direct receipt, as well as clear indication that the item in question belonged to the received tracking number. With this information a determination will be made to approve or deny the claim.
Items that have not been picked up within 90 days are considered abandoned, whether or not the package is still in inventory, and no claim may be requested upon loss.
Can-Amer Freight will not be responsible for any items tracked by any other company tracking systems. Only items tracked by our own system can be claimed.
